তামিলনাড়ুতে (Tamil Nadu) এক পরিযায়ী শ্রমিককে (Migrant Workers) ট্রেনের মধ্যে মারধর করা হল। তামিলনাড়ুতে চলন্ত ট্রেনে তামিল না হিন্দি বলে প্রশ্ন করা হয় এক পরিযায়ী শ্রমিককে। এরপর ওই যুবককে মারধর করতে দেখা যায় স্থানীয় একজনকে। ভিড়ে ঠাসা ট্রেনে পরিযায়ী শ্রমিককে তামিল না হিন্দি প্রশ্ন তুলে মারধরের ভিডিয়ো প্রকাশ্যে আসতেই তা হু হু করে ভাইরাল হয়ে যায়। প্রথমে কার্তিক গোপীনাথ নামে এক ব্যক্তি নিজের ট্যুইটার হ্যান্ডেলে তামিলনাড়ুর ভিডিয়ো শেয়ার করেন। পরে সেই ভিডিয়ো ভাইরাল হয়ে যায় এবং একাধিক প্রশ্ন উঠে শুরু করে।
