Vadodara: রাস্তার মাঝে খুঁড়ে রাখা গর্ত, বাইক নিয়ে হুমড়ি খেয়ে তাতে পড়লেন চালক, পৌরসভার গাফিলতিতে চটলেন স্থানীয়রা
পৌরসভা কর্তৃক খনন করে রাখা ওই গর্তটি খোলা অবস্থায় রাখা ছিল। এমনকি রাস্তায় যে গর্ত খুঁড়ে রাখা হয়েছে তেমন কোন সাইন বোর্ডও সেখানে রাখা ছিল না।
বাইক চালিয়ে যেতে গিয়ে রাস্তার মাঝে খুঁড়ে রাখা গর্তে পড়লেন চালক। পৌরসভা কর্তৃক খনন করে রাখা ওই গর্তটি খোলা অবস্থায় রাখা ছিল। এমনকি রাস্তায় যে গর্ত খুঁড়ে রাখা হয়েছে তেমন কোন সাইন বোর্ডও সেখানে রাখা ছিল না। ফলে সন্ধার পড়ে রাস্তায় আলো খুব বেশি না থাকায় বাইক নিয়ে যেতে গিয়ে একেবারে হুমড়ি খেয়ে গর্তে পড়েন চালক। সঙ্গে সঙ্গে ছুটে আসেন আশেপাশের মানুষজন। গর্ত থেকে ওই ব্যক্তিকে টেনে তোলেন। গুজরাটের ভদোদরা জেলার দাভোইতে পৌরসভার এমন গাফিলতির সমালোচনা করেন স্থানীয়রা।
