নোটিশের পাশাপাশি গরহাজির থাকার জেরে বেতন থেকে টাকা কেটে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে
স্কুল ফাঁকি দেওয়ার অভিযোগে উত্তরপ্রদেশে ৯ হাজার প্রাথমিক শিক্ষককে পাঠানো হল নোটিশ। শিক্ষা দফতরের পক্ষ থেকে একটি তদন্ত চালানোর পর উঠে এসেছে এমন তথ্য।সেপ্টেমবর এবং অক্টোবরে জেলা এবং ব্লক পরিষরে টাস্ক ফোর্স গঠন করে চালানো হয় এই অনুসন্ধান।
এই অনুসন্ধানটি ছাত্র এবং শিক্ষক উভয়ের হাজিরার বিষয়ে তথ্য নেওয়ার জন্যই করা হয়েছিল।নোটিশ পাঠানোর পাশাপাশি তাদের মাসিক বেতন থেকে টাকাও কেটে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে।৭৫ টি জেলার ৩০ হাজার স্কুলে তদন্ত চালিয়ে গরহাজির শিক্ষকদের বের করা হয়েছে।প্রত্যেক মাসে ৪০ টি করে স্কুল পরিদর্শন করে এই টাস্ক ফোর্স।
