নয়াদিল্লিঃ নতুন চেয়ারম্যান পেল ইউপিএসসি (UPSC) কাউন্সিল। প্রাক্তন কেন্দ্রীয় স্বাস্থ্য সচিব প্রীতি সুদানকে (Preeti Sudan) ইউপিএসসি চেয়ারপার্সন (UPSC Chairman) হিসাবে নিযুক্ত করা হয়েছে। মনোজ সোনি (Manoj Soni) 'ব্যক্তিগত কারণ'-এ পদত্যাগ করার কয়েক সপ্তাহ পরেই নতুন চেয়ারম্যান বেছে নিল ইউপিএসসি কাউন্সিল। প্রীতি সুদান একজন ১৯৮৩-এর ব্যাচে পাশ করা একজন আইএএস অফিসার। ১ আগাস্ট ইউপিএসসি চেয়ারপারসন হিসেবে দায়িত্ব নেবেন তিনি। ২৯ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত এই পদের মেয়াদ থাকবে।
Preeti Sudan, a former Union Health Secretary, has been appointed as the UPSC chairperson. Her appointment comes weeks after Manoj Soni resigned from the post citing "personal reasons".
