Supreme Court On Bulldozer Justice: আপাতত বুলডোজারে সুপ্রিম তালা, কড়া নির্দেশ শীর্ষ আদালতের
কোনও অপরাধের সঙ্গে যুক্ত থাকলেই বুলডোজার চালিয়ে অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তির ঘরবাড়ি ভেঙে দেওয়ার প্রবণতা আটকাতে শীর্ষ আদালতে আবেদন করা হয়।
নয়াদিল্লিঃ 'বুলডোজার জাস্টিস(Bulldozer JUstice)' নিয়ে কড়া অবস্থান সুপ্রিম কোর্টের(Supreme Court)। আগামী ১ অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত বুলডোজারের(Bulldozer) চাকা আটকে দিল শীর্ষ আদালত। সুপ্রিম কোর্টের অনুমতি ছাড়া গোটা দেশ জুড়ে বুলডোজার ব্যবহার কোনওরকম ভাঙনের কাজ করা যাবে না বলে নির্দেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের। যদিও রাস্তা,রেললাইন বা ফুটপাথ জবরদখল করে গড়ে ওঠা বেআইনি নির্মাণকে ভাঙার জন্য বুলডোজার চালানোর ক্ষেত্রে এই স্থগিতাদেশ প্রযোজ্য নয় বলে জানিয়েছে শীর্ষ আদালত। প্রসঙ্গত, কোনও অপরাধের সঙ্গে যুক্ত থাকলেই বুলডোজার চালিয়ে অভিযুক্ত ব্যক্তির ঘরবাড়ি ভেঙে দেওয়ার প্রবণতা আটকাতে শীর্ষ আদালতে আবেদন করা হয়। আজ ১৭ সেপ্টেম্বর সেই মামলারই শুনানি শোনাল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট। পরবর্তী শুনানি ১ অক্টোবর।

The Supreme Court on Tuesday halted unauthorised bulldozer action against private property, anywhere in the country, till October 1, dismissing concerns by the government that demolitions sanctioned after following due process could be impacted.
