কেন্দ্রীয় শ্রম ও কর্মসংস্থান মন্ত্রী ডঃ মনসুখ মান্ডাভিয়া বলেছেন, ভারতের সামাজিক সুরক্ষা পরিষেবা ২৪.৪ শতাংশ থেকে দ্বিগুণ হয়ে ৪৮.৮ শতাংশ হয়েছে। জনস্বার্থে বিনিয়োগ শীর্ষক বাজেট পরবর্তী ওয়েবিনারে যোগ দিয়ে মন্ত্রী বলেন,একটি দেশের সবচেয়ে বড় সম্পদ হল জনগণ। ১০টি নতুন এমপ্লয়িজ স্টেট ইনসিওরেন্স কর্পোরেশন (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) মেডিকেল কলেজকে অনুমোদন দেওয়া হয়েছে। আরও ১০টি তৈরির পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে। কর্মসংস্থানের লক্ষ্যে সরকারের বিভিন্ন উদ্যোগের সাফল্যের তথ্য পেশ করে ডক্টর মান্ডভিয়া (Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya) জানান,২০১৪ থেকে ২০২৪ সালের মধ্যে ১৭ কোটিরও বেশি কর্মসংস্থান হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে শুধুমাত্র গত বছরেই সাড়ে ৪ কোটির বেশি কর্মসংস্থান হয়েছে।
