একনাথ শিন্ডে ও উদ্ধব গোষ্ঠীর মামলায় আজ সুপ্রিম কোর্টে শুনানি হয়। শুনানির সময় পাঁচ বিচারকের বেঞ্চ স্পিকার রাহুল নার্ভেকরের সিদ্ধান্তকে ভুল বলে অভিহিত করেন এবং একইসঙ্গে শুনানির সময় উদ্ধব ঠাকরের পদত্যাগ নিয়েও মন্তব্য করেছে আদালত। সুপ্রিম কোর্ট বলেছে যে উদ্ধব ঠাকরে ফ্লোর টেস্ট ছাড়াই মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর পদ থেকে পদত্যাগ করেছেন। এমতাবস্থায়, মহারাষ্ট্রে শিন্ডে এবং বিজেপি সরকার গঠনের বিষয়ে আদালত হস্তক্ষেপ করবে না।
