Sex With Minor Wife: ১৮ বছরের নীচে বা নাবালিকা স্ত্রীয়ের সঙ্গে যৌন সম্পর্ক ধর্ষণের (Rapr) পর্যায়েই পড়ে। সদ্য এমনই রায় দিয়েছে বম্বে হাইকোর্টের (Bombay High Court) নাগপুর বেঞ্চ। আদালত জানিয়েছে, স্ত্রীয়ের বয়স ১৮ বছরের কম হলে তাঁর সম্মতিতে যৌন সম্পর্কও ধর্ষণ হিসাবে গৃহীত হবে। এই রায় দেওয়ার পাশাপাশি দোষী সাব্যস্ত ব্যক্তিকে ১০ বছরের সাজা শুনিয়েছে বম্বে হাইকোর্ট।
