রাশিয়ার বিদেশমন্ত্রীকে ভারতের বন্ধু বললেন দেশের প্রাক্তন বিদেশমন্ত্রী নটবর সিং(Former Foreign Minister Natwar Singh)। তিনি ANI-কে বলেন, “সের্গেই লাভরভ ভারতের বন্ধু। রাশিয়ার ইউক্রেন নীতি আসলে কি? তার ব্যাখ্যা তিনি নিশ্চয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে দেবেন। রাশিয়ার সঙ্গে আমাদের ভাল সম্পর্ক আছে। সেখান থেকে আমরা অস্ত্র পাই। রাশিয়া বলেছিল কাশ্মীর ভারতের অংশ। কিন্তু আমেরিকা ফ্রান্স কিছুই বলেনি।”
