বিজেপি সাংসদ সুশীল মোদি সমকামী বিবাহের বিষয়টির প্রসঙ্গে রাজ্যসভায় বলেন সমকামী বিবাহ ব্যক্তিগত আইনের সূক্ষ্ম ভারসাম্যের জন্য "বিপর্যয়" সৃষ্টি করবে। আর এই সমলিঙ্গ বিবাহের মত সামাজিক বিষয় নিয়ে দুই বিচারক বসে কখনও সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারেন না।
