অতি ভারি বৃষ্টির জেরে মঙ্গলবার উত্তরাখণ্ডে (Uttarakhand) জারি করা হয়েছে লাল সতর্কতা। অতি ভারি বৃষ্টিতে যখন উত্তরাখণ্ড জেরবার, সেই সময় কালী নদী জল বাড়তে শুরু করেছে ভয়ঙ্করভাবে। কালী নদীর জল বাড়তে শুরু করায়, পিথোরাগড় জেলার ধরচুলায় মোতায়েন করা হয়েছে বিপর্যয় মোকাবিলাকারী বাহিনী। জলস্তর বাড়তে শুর করায় নদীর পাড়ে নির্মিত বাড়িগুলি থেকে বাসিন্দাদের অনযত্র সরানো হয়। তেমনই নদীর পাড়ে একটি বাড়ি হুড়মুড়িয়ে ভেঙে পড়ে জলস্তর বৃদ্ধি পেতেই। তবে বাড়ি ফাঁকা থাকায়, কোনও হতাহতের খবর মেলেনি।
