প্রয়াগরাজে মহাকুম্ভ মেলায় (Mahakumbh Mela 2024) জন্ম নিল এক সদ্যোজাত শিশু। শনিবার আচমকাই এক প্রসূতির প্রসব বেদনা শুরু হয়। তড়িঘড়ি তাঁকে কুম্ভ মেলার প্যারেড এলাকায় অবস্থিত অস্থায়ী হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করানো হয়। তারপরে সেখানেই ওই মহিলা জন্ম দেয় পুত্রসন্তানের। যদিও মহিলা ও শিশু দুজনেই সুস্থ রয়েছেন বলে খবর। পরবর্তীকালে মহিলাকে অস্থায়ী হাসপাতাল থেকে স্বরূপ রাণি মেডিকেল কলেজে (Swarup Rani Medical College) ভর্তি করা হয়। এই প্রথম মহাকুম্ভ মেলায় অন্তঃসত্ত্বা মহিলা প্রসব দিলেন সদ্যোজাতর।
