Supreme Court: মসজিদে বুলডোজার চালানোয় উত্তরপ্রদেশের সরকারকে নোটিশ জারি সুপ্রিম কোর্টের
কুশিনগরের মাদনি মসজিদের একটি অংশ ভেঙে ফেলার বিষয়ে উত্তর প্রদেশ সরকারের কাছে নোটিশ জারি করেছে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট।
নয়াদিল্লি: মসজিদের অংশ ভাঙার মামলায় উত্তরপ্রদেশ সরকারকে নোটিশ জারি করল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট। সুপ্রিম কোর্ট (Supreme Court) কুশিনগরের মাদনি মসজিদের (Mosque) একটি অংশ ভেঙে ফেলার বিষয়ে উত্তর প্রদেশ সরকারের কর্মকর্তাদের কাছে একটি নোটিশ জারি করেছে। ২০২৪ সালের ১৩ নভেম্বর সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আদেশ লঙ্ঘন করেছে বলে অভিযোগ করা হয়েছে, যা পূর্ব নোটিশ এবং শুনানির সুযোগ ছাড়াই দেশজুড়ে বুলডোজার চালান নিষিদ্ধ করেছিল। মামলায় আদালত নির্দেশ দিয়েছে যে পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত বাকি অংশ ভাঙা যাবে না।
