Kota: কোটায় ২ পরীক্ষার্থী দুই ঘণ্টার ব্যবধানে আত্মহত্যা, প্রথম মাসেই ৬ জনের মৃত্যু
কোটা শহরে বছরের প্রথম ২২ দিনে ছয়টি আত্মহত্যার ঘটনা ঘটেছে।
নয়াদিল্লি: কোটায় দুই ঘণ্টার ব্যবধানে গুজরাটের এক নিট (NEET) পরীক্ষার্থী এবং অসমের এক JEE কোচিং ছাত্র গলায় ফাঁস দিয়ে আত্মহত্যা (Suicide) করেছে। কোচিং হাব হিসেবে বিখ্যাত এই শহরে বছরের প্রথম ২২ দিনে ছয়টি আত্মহত্যার ঘটনা ঘটেছে।
পুলিশ সূত্রে খবর, গুজরাটের (Gujarat) আহমেদাবাদের বাসিন্দা নিট পরীক্ষার্থী আশফা শেখ সকাল ১০টার দিকে জওহর নগর এলাকায় তাঁর পিজি ঘরে গলায় ফাঁস দিয়ে আত্মহত্যা করেছেন। ২৪ বছর বয়সী ওই তরুণী বেশ কয়েকবার মেডিক্যাল প্রবেশিকা পরীক্ষায় ব্যার্থ হন। তরুণীর আত্মহত্যার ঘটনার দুই ঘন্টা পরে মহাবীর নগর এলাকায় এক ছাত্র আত্মহত্যা করে। অসমের (Assam) গুয়াহাটির ১৭ বছর বয়সী ছাত্রটি JEE পরীক্ষার্থী ছিল।
