J&K Assembly: ৩৭০ ধারা নিয়ে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর বিধানসভায় আজ ফের হট্টগোল, নাটকীয় দৃশ্য
জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের বিশেষ মর্যাদা ফেরানোর জন্য ৩৭০ ধারা নিয়ে জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর বিধানসভায় হট্টগোল আজ ফের তুঙ্গে পৌঁছেছে।
নয়াদিল্লি: জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের বিশেষ মর্যাদা ফেরানোর জন্য অনুচ্ছেদ ৩৭০ ধারা (Article 370) নিয়ে আজ ফের জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর বিধানসভা (Jammu and Kashmir Assembly) উত্তপ্ত। সংবিধানের ৩৭০ ধারা অনুচ্ছেদ অনুযায়ী জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের মানুষ যে বিশেষ সুযোগ-সুবিধা পেতেন তা ২০১৯ সালে প্রত্যাহার করে নেন নরেন্দ্র মোদী সরকার। জম্মু-কাশ্মীর এবং লাদাখকে দু’টি আলাদা কেন্দ্রশাসিত অঞ্চলের মর্যাদা দেওয়া হয়।
সংবিধানের ৩৭০ অনুচ্ছেদ অবলুপ্তির বিরোধিতা করে প্রস্তাবনা আনে পিপলস ডেমোক্রেটিক পার্টি (PDP)। এই প্রস্তাবনা নিয়ে সম্প্রতি জম্মু ও কাশ্মীর বিধানসভায় হট্টগোল বাধে। আজ বিধানসভা পুনরায় শুরু হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বিধায়কদের মধ্যে ফের হট্টগোল বাধল, শুরু হয় ধাক্কাধাক্কি। দেখুন ভিডিও -
