নয়াদিল্লি: ভারত যেখান থেকেই সবচেয়ে ভালো চুক্তি পাবে সেখান থেকে তেল কিনবে এবং জাতীয় স্বার্থ রক্ষার জন্য ব্যবস্থা নেবে বলে জানিয়েছেন রাশিয়ায় (Russia) নিযুক্ত ভারতীয় রাষ্ট্রদূত বিনয় কুমার (Vinay Kumar)। ভারতীয় রাষ্ট্রদূত বিনয় কুমারের এই বক্তব্য ভারতের জাতীয় স্বার্থ এবং অর্থনৈতিক কৌশলের প্রতিফলন ঘটায়।
