নয়াদিল্লি: তাপপ্রবাহের কবল থেকে মুক্তি পেতে চলেছে বঙ্গবাসী। চলতি বছরে এখনও পর্যন্ত কালবৈশাখীর দেখা নেই। কালবৈশাখীর দেখা না যাওয়ায় টানা এক মাসেরও বেশি সময় ধরে তাপপ্রবাহ চলছে। অবশেষে তীব্র দাবদাহ থেকে মুক্তির বার্তা দিয়েছে ভারতের আবহাওয়া বিভাগ। জানিয়েছে, রবিবার পর্যন্ত দেশের পূর্ব অংশে এবং সোমবার পর্যন্ত দক্ষিণে তাপপ্রবাহের অবস্থা অব্যাহত থাকতে পারে। এরপর বেশ কিছু এলাকা সাময়িক ভাবে তাপপ্রবাহের কবল থেকে মুক্তি পেতে চলেছে। আবহাওয়া দফতর জানিয়েছে, পশ্চিম-মধ্য বঙ্গোপসাগর থেকে পর্যাপ্ত জলীয়বাষ্প ঢুকছে আর এর জেরেই বৃষ্টির সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
