Bilkis Bano: সুপ্রিম কোর্টে বিলকিসের পক্ষে রায়, ১১ আসামির মুক্তি রদ হতেই গুজরাটে বাজি ফাটিয়ে উদযাপন
সুপ্রিম কোর্টের রায় ঘোষণার সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই মুখে হাসি ফুটেছে দেশবাসীর। গুজরাটে দেবগড়ে বিলকিসের বাড়ির সামনে বাজি ফাটাতে শুরু করেছে উচ্ছ্বসিত স্থানীয়রা।
বিলকিস বানো গণধর্ষণ মামলায় ১১ জন আসামিকে মুক্তির রায় বাতিল করল সুপ্রিম কোর্ট (Supreme Court)। ২০২২ সালে গুজরাট সরকার ১১ জন দোষীকে মুক্তি দিয়েছিল। আজ সোমবার দেশের শীর্ষ আদালত সেই রায় রদ করে আসামিদের আত্মসমর্পণের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। সুপ্রিম কোর্টের রায় ঘোষণার সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই মুখে হাসি ফুটেছে দেশবাসীর। গুজরাটে দেবগড়ে বিলকিসের বাড়ির সামনে বাজি ফাটাতে শুরু করেছে উচ্ছ্বসিত স্থানীয়রা। আজকের দিনের অপেক্ষাতেই যেন বসে ছিল তাঁরা।
