HC Family Pension to Widow: ডিভোর্সের প্রক্রিয়া চলছে বলে বিধবা মহিলাকে পারিবারিক পেনশন থেকে বঞ্চিত নয়, জানাল আদালত
স্বামী বেঁচে থাকাকালীন চলছে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদ মামলা বা ডিভোর্সের আইনি প্রক্রিয়া। এইরকম ক্ষেত্রে এক বিধবা মহিলার পারিবারিক পেনশন আটকে দেওয়া হয়েছিল।
স্বামী বেঁচে থাকাকালীন চলছে বিবাহ বিচ্ছেদ মামলা বা ডিভোর্সের আইনি প্রক্রিয়া। এইরকম ক্ষেত্রে এক বিধবা মহিলার পারিবারিক পেনশন আটকে দেওয়া হয়েছিল। এরপর সেই মহিলা জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের হাইকোর্টের দ্বারস্থ হন। এই মামলায় জম্মু-কাশ্মীরের হাইকোর্ট জানাল,"স্বামী বেঁচে থাকাকালীন ডিভোর্সের বিচার প্রক্রিয়া চলছিল, এই কারণে কিছুতেই বিধাবকে পারিবারিক পেনশন থেকে বঞ্চিত করা যাবে না। আরও পড়ুন-
