ছত্তিশগড়ের সুকমা জেলায় নিরাপত্তা সংস্থার অভিযানে ১৬ জন নকশালকে নিষ্ক্রিয় করা হয়েছে, তারই প্রেক্ষিতে স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ শনিবার একটি সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্টে নকশালবাদকে ভারত থেকে নির্মূল করার ডাক দিয়েছেন। এক্স হ্যান্ডেলে করা পোস্টে তিনি লেখেন- নকশালবাদের উপর আরেকটি আঘাত! আমাদের নিরাপত্তা সংস্থাগুলি সুকমায় এক অভিযানে ১৬ জন নকশালকে নিষ্ক্রিয় করেছে এবং বিপুল পরিমাণে স্বয়ংক্রিয় অস্ত্র উদ্ধার করেছে। প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী নেতৃত্বে ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৬ এর আগে নকশালবাদ নির্মূল করার জন্য কেন্দ্র সরকার সংকল্পবদ্ধ।যাদের কাছে অস্ত্র আছে তাদের কাছে আমার আবেদন, অস্ত্র এবং সহিংসতা পরিবর্তন আনতে পারে না; কেবল শান্তি এবং উন্নয়নই পারে।
