অসুস্থ হয়ে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হলেন অযোধ্যার শ্রী রাম জন্মভূমি ন্যাস (Shri Ram Janambhoomi Nyas)-র প্রধান মহন্ত নৃত্য গোপাল দাস (Mahant Nritya Gopal Das)। কিডনিতে সংক্রমণের কারণে তাঁকে মেদান্ত হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছেন মহন্ত কমল নয়ন দাস (Mahant Kamal Nayan Das)। কমল নয়ন দাস সাংবাদিকদের বলেছেন যে প্রবীণ নৃত্য গোপাল দাস প্রস্রাব করতে অসুবিধা অনুভব করছিলেন এবং তাঁকে চিকিৎসার জন্য লখনউতে আনা হয়েছিল। তবে তাঁর কোনও জটিলতা ছিল নেই।
