এসবের পাশাপাশি লেহ (Leh) জেলায় ১৪৪ ধারা জারি করা হয়েছে। ফলে যে কোনও ধরনের জমায়েত বা মিছিল লেহ জেলায় করা যাবে না। জানানো হয় জেলাশাসকের তরফে।
