আবেদনকারী আদালতে জানান, তিনি শাশুড়ির সঙ্গে থাকছেন। তাঁর অসুস্থ শাশুড়ি জীবনের শেষ কিছটা সময় নাতি-নাতনিদের সঙ্গে কাটাতে চান। আর তিনি নিজেও সন্তানধারনের অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত হতে চান না, এই মর্মে স্বামীর প্যারোলে মুক্তির আবেদন করেন তিনি।
নয়াদিল্লিঃ সন্তানের আশায় আদালতের (Court) কাছে যাবজ্জীবন সাজাপ্রাপ্ত স্বামীর প্যারোলে মুক্তির আবেদন জানিয়েছিলেন এক স্ত্রী। অবশেষে তাঁর এই আবেদন মঞ্জুর করে স্বামীকে ৩০ দিনের প্যারোলে মুক্তি দিল কর্ণাটক হাইকোর্ট (Karnataka High Court) । আবেদনকারী আদালতে জানান, তিনি শাশুড়ির সঙ্গে থাকছেন। তাঁর অসুস্থ শাশুড়ি জীবনের শেষ কিছটা সময় নাতি-নাতনিদের সঙ্গে কাটাতে চান। আর তিনি নিজেও সন্তানধারনের অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত হতে চান না, এই মর্মে স্বামীর প্যারোলে মুক্তির আবেদন করেন তিনি। অবশেষে আবেদনকারীর পক্ষেই রায় দেন বিচারপতি এসআর কৃষ্ণ কুমার। ৫ই জুন থেকে ৫ জুলাই পর্যন্ত অভিযুক্তকে মুক্তি দেওয়া হয়েছে।
