আগামী মাসেই বিহারে ভোট, তার আগে রাজনৈতিক দলগুলির কাছে বিশেষ আবেদন জানালো নির্বাচন কমিশন। রাজনৈতিক দলগুলিকে প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বী দল অথবা প্রার্থীদের উদ্দেশ্য করে কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধিমত্তার ভিডিও তৈরির জন্য আদর্শ আচরণবিধি এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক নির্দেশিকা মেনে চলার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে নির্বাচন কমিশন।
নির্বাচন কমিশন স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়েছে, নির্বাচনী প্রক্রিয়ার অখণ্ডতা বজায় রাখার প্রয়োজনীয়তার উপর জোর দিয়ে, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলিতে তথ্য বিকৃত করে অথবা ভুল তথ্য প্রচার করে এমন ভুয়ো বিষয় থেকে বিরত থাকার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে। নির্বাচনের পরিবেশ যাতে বিকৃত না হয়, তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পোস্টগুলির উপর কঠোর নজর রাখা হচ্ছে বলেও জানিয়েছে নির্বাচন কমিশন।
