HC On Husban-Wife In Bedroom and Drugs: দম্পতির বেডরুমে পাওয়া মাদকের জন্য একা স্বামীকে দায়ী করা যায় না, বলল দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট
Justice Jasmeet Singh said that recovery of Ganja from the bedroom may have been at the instance of the husband but it was recovered from the couple’s joint space and hence liability cannot be fastened on husband alone.
দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট সম্প্রতি রায় দিয়েছে যে স্বামী এবং স্ত্রী উভয়েই যদি মাদক সেবনকারী হয় তবে আবাসিক কমপ্লেক্সে দম্পতির বেডরুম থেকে মাদক উদ্ধারের জন্য শুধু মাত্র স্বামীকে দায়ী করা যাবে না । বিচারপতি জসমিত সিং বলেছেন যে বেডরুম থেকে গাঁজা উদ্ধার হয়ত স্বামীর নির্দেশে ঘটতে পারে। তবে এটি দম্পতির যৌথ স্থান থেকে উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে, তাই এই ঘটনার দায়ভার একা স্বামীর উপর চাপানো যায় না। আদালত বলেছে, "জব্দ মাদক কোন একজন ব্যক্তির কাছ থেকে নয়, একটি যৌথ স্থান থেকে করা হয়েছিল এবং তাই, বেডরুম থেকে ১.০৩ কেজি মাদক পুনরুদ্ধারের জন্য আবেদনকারীকে দায়ী করা যাবে না এটি একটি ভুল দাবি হবে।"
