Gold Seized At Trichy Airport: পাচারের উদ্দেশ্যে নিয়ে যাওয়া ১.৮৩ কোটি টাকার ২৪ ক্যারেট সোনা উদ্ধার ত্রিচ্চি বিমানবন্দরে
ত্রিচি বিমানবন্দর থেকে উদ্ধার হল প্রায় ১.৮৩ কোটি টাকার ২৪ ক্যারেট সোনা। গতকাল ত্রিচির এয়ার ইন্টেলিজেন্স ইউনিট অফিসাররা (Air Intelligence Unit) ২.৫৭৯ কেজি ওজনের ২৪ ক্যারেট সোনা সনাক্ত করেছে যার মূল্য ১.৮৩ কোটি টাকা। সোনাগুলিকে প্লেটের আকারে একটি ফুড প্রসেসর কাম জুস মিক্সারের ভিতরে লুকিয়ে রাখা হয়েছিল যা চেক-ইন লাগেজ হিসাবে আনা হয়েছিল। অবৈধ এই সোনাটিকে পাচারের চেষ্টা করা হয়েছিল। গতকাল দুবাই থেকে একটি দল এসেছে, তাঁদের কাছেই এই অবৈধ সোনা পাওয়া যায়। ত্রিচি কাস্টমস কর্তারা আরও তদন্ত চলছে বলে জানিয়েছেন।
