বেশ কয়েকদিন হয়ে গেল আবগারি দুর্নীতি মামলায় ইডি হেফাজতে রয়েছেন দিল্লির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়াল (Arvind Kejriwal)। তবে জেলে থেকে তিনি দিল্লিবাসীর স্বাস্থ্য নিয়ে বিশেষভাবে চিন্তিত। এমনটাই জানালেন আপ মন্ত্রী সৌরভ চতুর্বেদী (Saurabh Bharadwaj)। তিনি জানান, "মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জেলে যাওয়ার পর থেকেই রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্য ব্যবস্থায় গাফিলতি ধরা পড়ছে। এমনকী সরকারি হাসপাতালে, স্থানীয় স্বাস্থ্যকেন্দ্রে পর্যাপ্ত ওষুধ থাকছে কিনা, প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা হচ্ছে কিনা, সেই বিষয়েও বিশেষ নজর দিতে বলেছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। কারণ অনেক গরীব মানুষের সরকারি স্বাস্থ্য পরিষেবার ওপরেই ভরসা রাখেন ফলে তাঁদের যাতে কোনও অসুবিধা না হয় সেই জন্য মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর অনুপস্থিতিতে আপ মন্ত্রীদের দায়িত্ব ভাগ করে নিতে হবে"।
