ফের ভয়াবহ ঘটনা দিল্লিতে (Delhi)। ৭ মাসের অন্তঃসত্ত্বা মহিলার গায়ে আগুন ধরিয়ে দিল স্বামী এবং শ্বশুরবাড়ির লোকজন। দিল্লির বাওনা এলাকায় এমনই একটি ঘটনার জেরে চাঞ্চল্য ছড়ায়। আহত অবস্থায় ওই অন্তঃসত্ত্বা মহিলাকে ভর্তি করা হয় হাসপাতালে (Hospital)। মহিলা কমিশনের চেয়ারপার্সন স্বাতী মালিওয়াল বিষয়টি জানার পর ফুঁসে ওঠেন। দিল্লি পুলিশকে ইতিমধ্যেই নোটিশ পাঠানো হয় মহিলা কমিশনের তরফে। পাশাপাশি নির্যাতিতা মহিলাকে যাতে সব ধরনের সাহায্য করা হয়, সে বিষয়েও আশ্বাস দেওয়া হয় মহিলা কমিশনের তরফে।
