স্বামীর কোনও অপরাধ না থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্ত্রী যদি বার বার শ্বশুরবাড়ি ছেড়ে যায়, তাহলে তা সঠিক কাজ নয়। স্বামীর ভুল না থাকা সত্ত্বেও স্ত্রী যদি বারংবার শ্বশুরবাড়ি ছেড়ে অন্যত্র যায়, তাহলে তা অপরাধ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। এমনই জানাল দিল্লি হাইকোর্ট। বিচারপতি সুরেশ কুমার কাইত এবং নীনা বনশল কৃষ্ণার ডিভিশন বেঞ্চের তরফে এই মত প্রকাশ করা হয়।
