Delhi Air Pollution: দিল্লির বাতাসে ফিরছে স্বস্তি, বায়ুদূষণের মাত্রা অনেকটাই নিম্নমুখী
বায়ুদূষণের মাত্রা অনেকটাই কমে যাওয়ায় সুপ্রিম কোর্ট গ্রেডেড রেসপন্স অ্যাকশন প্ল্যান-৪ (GRAP-4) শিথিল করার অনুমতি দিয়েছে।
কিছুটা স্বস্তিতে নিঃশ্বাস নিচ্ছে দিল্লিবাসী। জাতীয় রাজধানীর বায়ুদূষণের মাত্রা অনেকটাই কমেছে। দিল্লির বাতাসের গুণগত মান 'খুব খারাপ' এর পর্যায় থেকে উন্নত হয়ে 'খারাপে' এসে দাঁড়িয়েছে। কোথাও আবার 'মধ্যম' পর্যায়ে। শনিবার সকালে দিল্লির লোধি রোডে বায়ু সূচক পরিমাণ ছিল ১২৭। সেন্ট্রাল পলিউশন কন্ট্রোল বোর্ডের (সিপিসিবি) তথ্য অনুযায়ী, ইন্ডিয়া গেট এলাকায় বাতাসে 'স্মগ'এর পাতলা স্তর দেখা গিয়েছে। যা বাতাসে দূষণের মানকে 'খারাপ'এর পর্যায়ে রেখেছে। বায়ুদূষণের মাত্রা অনেকটাই কমে যাওয়ায় সুপ্রিম কোর্ট গ্রেডেড রেসপন্স অ্যাকশন প্ল্যান-৪ (GRAP-4) শিথিল করার অনুমতি দিয়েছে। বৃহস্পতিবার আদালত জানিয়েছে, রাজধানীর দূষণের মান আগের চেয়ে অনেকটাই উন্নতির পথে। ফলে গ্র্যাপ ৪ শিথিল করা যেতেই পারে।
