Cyclone Montha Update: ঘূর্ণিঝড়ের দাপটে উত্তাল সমুদ্র, বঙ্গোপসাগরের ঢেউয়ের আঘাতে ভেঙে পড়ল রাস্তাঘাট, দেখুন মন্থার প্রভাব
ঘূর্ণিঝড় মন্থার (Cyclone Montha) প্রভাব পড়তে শুরু করেছে। মঙ্গলবার অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের (Andhra Pradesh) কাকিনাড়ায় আছড়ে পড়বে মন্থা। তার আগে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হয়েছে কাকিনাড়া এবং উপাড্ডার রাস্তা। কাকিনাড়া-উপাড্ডার রাস্তায় যানবাহন চলাচল বন্ধ হলেও, সমুদ্রের পাশ ঘেঁষা রাস্তা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে। এক নাগাড়ে বৃষ্টির জেরে যখন সমুদ্রের ঢেউ নির্দিষ্ট সীমা পার করে আছড়ে পড়ছে, সেই সময় কাকিনাড়া-উপাড্ডার রাস্তা ভেঙেচুরে যায়। বেরিয়ে পড়ে রাস্তার কঙ্কালসার চেহারা।
সেই সঙ্গে কাকিনাড়ায় সমুদ্র প্রবল গর্জন শুরু করেছে। কাকিনাড়ার সমুদ্র তট পুরো ফাঁকা করে দেওয়া হয়েছে। সেই সঙ্গে মৎস্যজীবীদের ওই এলাকা থেকে সরিয়ে আনার কাজও শুরু হয়েছে জোর কদমে।
