ফের নিম্নচাপ। এবার উত্তর অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশ এবং দক্ষিণ ওড়িশা উপকূলে তৈরি হয়েছে একটি নিম্নচাপ। এই নিম্নচাপের প্রভাবে সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে ৭.৬ কিলোমিটার পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত এলাকায় নতুন করে ঘূর্ণিঝড় তৈরি হতে পারে। বঙ্গোপসাগরে নতুন করে তৈরি ঘূর্ণিঝড়টি উত্তর অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশ এবং দক্ষিণ ওড়িশা উপকূল ধরে এগোতে পারে। যেটি ধীরে ধীরে উত্তর-পশ্চিম দিকে ক্রমশ অগ্রসর হতে পারে বলে মনে করা হচ্ছে। এমনই মনে করা হচ্ছে আবহাওয়া দফতরের তরফে।
