দেশ জুড়ে ফের নতুন করে থাবা বসাতে শুরু করেছে করোনাভাইরাস (Coronavirus)। দেশের একাধিক রাজ্যে কোভিড নতুন করে থাবা বসানোয় প্রত্যেককে সতর্ক করলেন আদর পুনাওয়ালা। আদর বলেন, ওমিক্রন XBB এবং এর প্রজাতির থাবা বাড়ছে ভারত জুড়ে। ফলে ওমিক্রনের এই প্রজাতির হাত থেকে রক্ষা পেতে প্রত্যেকে মাস্ক পরুন। সেই সঙ্গে Covovax বুস্টারের ডোজ নিন। বিশেষ করে বয়স্করা। করোনার নয়া প্রজাতির হাত থেকে রক্ষা পেতে Covovax বুস্টার অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজনীয় বলে জানান ভারতের ভ্যাকসিন ম্যান। Covovax বুস্টার করোনা রুখতে কতটা কার্যকরী, তা আমেরিকা এবং ইউরোপে প্রমাণিত বলেও জানান আদর পুনাওয়ালা ( Adar Poonawalla )।
