গত মার্চ মাসে আবগারি দুর্নীতি মামলায় ইডির হাতে গ্রেফতার হয়েছিলেন কেজরি। এরপর সিবিআই-ও গ্রেফতার করে তাঁকে। উভয় মামলায় জামিনের পর অবশেষ জেলমুক্তি আপ আহ্বায়কের।
প্রায় ছয় মাস পর জেলমুক্তি দিল্লির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়ালের (Arvind Kejriwal)। ইডির (ED) মামলায় আগেই জামিন পেয়েছিলেন তিনি। আজ শুক্রবার সিবিআই মামলায় অরবিন্দের জামিন মঞ্জুর করে সুপ্রিম কোর্ট (Supreme Court)। গত মার্চ মাসে আবগারি দুর্নীতি মামলায় ইডির হাতে গ্রেফতার হয়েছিলেন কেজরি। এরপর সিবিআই-ও গ্রেফতার করে তাঁকে। উভয় মামলায় জামিনের পর অবশেষ জেলমুক্তি আপ আহ্বায়কের। খুশির হাওয়া দলের অন্দরে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তথা স্বামীর জেলমুক্তিতে স্ত্রী সুনীতা বললেন, 'বিজেপির সমস্ত পরিকল্পনা ধুয়ে গেল। তাঁরা চায় বিরোধী নেতাদের জেলে পাঠিয়ে নিজেরা ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখতে। এটাই তাঁদের উদ্দেশ্য"।
