Andhra Pradesh’s New Capital Is Visakhapatnam: হায়দরাবাদ নয়, অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের নয়া রাজধানী বিশাপত্তনম
অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের (Andhra Pradesh) নতুন রাজধানী বিশাখাপত্তনম (Visakhapatnam)। মঙ্গলবার এমনই ঘোষণা করলেন অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ওয়াই এস জগনমোহন রেড্ডি। মঙ্গলবার সাংবাদিকদের মুখোমুখি হন অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। সেখানেই তিনি ঘোষণা করেন, এবার থেকে অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের নতুন রাজধানী হিসেবে পরিচতি পাবে বিশাখাপত্তনম। প্রসঙ্গত অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশ থেকে তেলাঙ্গানা বেরিয়ে যাওয়ার পরও হায়দরাবাদ দুই রাজ্যের রাজধানী হিসেবে পরিচিতি পেত। এবার সেই মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ। এবার থেকে অন্ধ্রপ্রদেশের নয়া রাজধানী হিসেবে পরিচিতি পাবে বিশাখাপত্তনম।
