বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে আহমেদাবাদ বিমানবন্দরের কাছে ভেঙে পড়ল এয়ার ইন্ডিয়ার একটি বিমান। ঘটনাটি দুপুর ১টা থকে ২টোর মধ্যে হয়েছে।লন্ডনগামী উড়ানে ২৪২ জন যাত্রী ছিলেন বলে জানিয়েছে গুজরাট পুলিশ। দুর্ঘটনায় এখনও অবধি মৃত্যু হয়েছে প্রায় ১৩৩ জনের। দেশ ও বিদেশী নাগরিকদের মৃত্যু ও বিমান দুর্ঘটনায় গভীর শোকপ্রকাশ করলেন রাষ্ট্রপতি দ্রৌপদী মুর্মু। তিনি জানিয়েছেন, আহমেদাবাদের মর্মান্তিক বিমান দুর্ঘটনার খবরে আমি অত্যন্ত মর্মাহত। এটি এক হৃদয়বিদারক বিপর্যয়। ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের প্রতি আমার সমবেদনা ও প্রার্থনা জানাই। এই অবর্ণনীয় শোকের মুহূর্তে দেশ তাদের পাশে আছে।
