Centre's 3 Bills: ৩০ দিন বন্দি থাকলেই পদ খোয়াবেন মন্ত্রীরা, লোকসভায় বিলের কপি ছিঁড়ে তীব্র প্রতিবাদ
প্রধানমন্ত্রী, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বা কোন মন্ত্রী ৩০ দিন বন্দি থাকলেই তাঁকে তাঁর পদ থেকে অপসারণ করা হবে।
নয়াদিল্লি: লোকসভায় কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রী অমিত শাহ (Amit Shah) আজ তিনটি সংশোধনী বিল পেশ করেছেন। বিলগুলি নিয়ে তীব্র বিতর্ক শুরু হয়েছে। এই বিলগুলির উদ্দেশ্য ফৌজদারি অভিযোগে আটক প্রধানমন্ত্রী, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী বা মন্ত্রীরা ৩০ দিনের বেশি কাস্টডিতে থাকলে তাঁদের অপসারণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
AIMIM প্রধান ওয়াইসি (Asaduddin Owaisi) বিলগুলির বিরোধিতা করেছেন, তিনি বিলের কপি ছিঁড়ে ফেলে তীব্র প্রতিবাদ জানান। ওয়াইসি দাবি করেছেন যে এই বিলগুলি ভারতীয় সংবিধান বিরুদ্ধ, এটি বিশেষ করে 'প্রিজাম্পশন অফ ইনোসেন্স' নীতি লঙ্ঘন করে। ওয়াইসি আরও অভিযোগ করেছেন, যে এই বিলগুলি অপোজিশন নেতাদের, বিশেষ করে দিল্লির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী অরবিন্দ কেজরিওয়ালের মতো ব্যক্তিদের টার্গেট করার জন্য আনা হয়েছে। তিনি উদ্বেগ প্রকাশ করেছেন যে এই বিলগুলি গভর্নর এবং লেফটেন্যান্ট গভর্নরের হাতে অতিরিক্ত ক্ষমতা দেবে, যা রাজ্য এবং ইউনিয়ন টেরিটরির স্বায়ত্তশাসনের উপর কেন্দ্রের হস্তক্ষেপ বাড়াবে।

তিনটি সংশোধনী বিল-
The Constitution (130th Amendment) Bill, 2025: এই বিল ভারতীয় সংবিধানের আর্টিকেল ৭৫ (প্রধানমন্ত্রী ও কেন্দ্রীয় মন্ত্রীদের নিয়োগ), ১৬৪ (মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ও রাজ্য মন্ত্রীদের নিয়োগ), এবং ২৩৯এএ (দিল্লির মতো ইউনিয়ন টেরিটরির বিশেষ বিধান) সংশোধন করবে। এটি গুরুতর ফৌজদারি অভিযোগে আটক প্রধানমন্ত্রী, মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এবং মন্ত্রীদের অপসারণের ব্যবস্থা করবে।
The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025: এটি জম্মু-কাশ্মীর রিঅর্গানাইজেশন অ্যাক্ট, ২০১৯ সংশোধন করবে।
The Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025: এটি ইউনিয়ন টেরিটরিগুলির সরকারি অ্যাক্ট সংশোধন করবে। এর মাধ্যমে ইউনিয়ন টেরিটরির মুখ্যমন্ত্রী এবং মন্ত্রীদের অপসারণের আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
