নয়াদিল্লিঃ বেকারত্ব, একাকীত্বের জেরে মানসিক অবসাদ। পরিস্থিতির চাপে আত্মহত্যা(Suicide) সফটওয়্যার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারের( Software Engineer )। সন্তান হারানোর শোক সহ্য করতে না পেরে মৃত্যু মায়ের। মর্মান্তিক ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে মধ্যপ্রদেশের(Madhya Pradesh) গোয়ালিওরে(Gwalior)। জানা গিয়েছে, বেশকিছু দিন ধরেই মানসিক অবসাদে ভুগছিলেন বছর ৩৩ এর মনিশ রাজপুত নামে ওই যুবক। বেকারত্বের যন্ত্রণা ক্রমে গ্রাস করছিল তাঁকে। বিয়েও হচ্ছিল না তাঁর এমনটাই পরিবার সূত্রে খবর। একাকীত্বে ভুগছিলেন। ক্রমে অবসাদে ভুগতে থাকেন। পরিস্থিতি সামাল দিতে না পেরে শেষ পর্যন্ত আত্মহত্যার পথ বেছে নেন তিনি। বিষ খেয়ে নিজেকে শেষ করে দেন মনিশ। আর সন্তানের মৃত্যুর খবর পেয়ে হার্ট অ্যাটাকে মৃত্যু হয় তাঁর বৃদ্ধা মায়ের। মা-ছেলের মৃত্যুতে শোকের ছায়া রাজপুত পরিবারে।
