Pipeline Leakage in Mumbai: মুম্বইয়ে ফের ফাটল পাইপলাইন, গভীর রাতে জলে ভাসছে রাস্তা
৬০০ মিলিমিটার ব্যাসের ওই পাইপ ফেটে স্রোতের আকারে জল বেরিয়ে রাস্তা ভাসিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। রাত ২টো নাগাদ ঘটেছে এই ঘটনা।
মুম্বইয়ে (Mumbai) ফের জলের পাইপলাইন ফেটে বাঁধল কেলেঙ্কারি কাণ্ড। সোমবার গভীর রাতে বান্দ্রা পশ্চিমের (West Bandra) স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ রোডের লাকি জংশন এলাকায় জলের পাইপ ফেটে প্রবল গতিতে বেরিয়ে আসতে থাকে জল। ৬০০ মিলিমিটার ব্যাসের ওই পাইপ ফেটে স্রোতের আকারে জল বেরিয়ে রাস্তা ভাসিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। রাত ২টো নাগাদ ঘটেছে এই ঘটনা। বিপুল পরিমাণে জল বেরিয়ে যাওয়ায় বান্দ্রা এবং আশেপাশের এলাকায় জল সরবরাহ ব্যাহত হয়েছে। দিন কয়েক আগেই বান্দ্রায় আরও একটি জলের পাইপলাইন ফেটে যাওয়ার ঘটনা ঘটেছিল। সেই পাইপ ফেটে ফোয়ারার আকারে প্রবল স্রোতের গতিতে জল বেরিয়ে আসতে দেখা গিয়েছিল। সেই জলের ফোয়ারার উচ্চতা ছিল ৫০ ফুট।
