রবিবার দুপুরেই বারাণসীতে পৌঁছেছিলেন অভিনেতা রণবীর সিং (Ranveer Singh), অভিনেত্রী কৃতি শ্যানন (Kriti Sanon) এবং ফ্যাশন ডিজাইনার মণীশ মালহোত্রা (Manish Malhotra)। কাশী বিশ্বনাথ মন্দিরে পুজো দিলেন সকলে। রাতে এই তিন সেলেবের উপস্থিতিতে বারাণসীতে অনুষ্ঠিত হল গালা ইভেন্ট। মণীশ মালহোত্রা বেনারসী শাড়ির লেটেস্ট কালেকশন নিয়ে ফ্যাশন শো অনুষ্ঠিত করলেন। যার শো স্টপার ছিলেন রণবীর এবং কৃতি। দুজনেই ভারতীয় ঐতিহ্য ও সংস্কৃতির মেলবন্ধনে এথেনিক ড্রেস পরেছিলেন। যা এই শো-এর অন্যতম আকর্ষণ ছিল।
