Nawazuddin Siddiqui: আদালতে গরহাজির, ক্ষতিপূরণের ১০০ কোটি টাকা হাতছাড়া অভিনেতা নওয়াজউদ্দিন সিদ্দিকির

গতবছর নিজের ভাই ও প্রাক্তন স্ত্রীর বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলা করেছিলেন নওয়াজউদ্দিন সিদ্দিকি (Nawazuddin Siddiqui)। তবে শুনানিতে একাধিকবার অভিনেতা ও তাঁর আইনজীবীর গরহাজির থাকার কারণে মামলাটি খারিজ করল বম্বে হাইকোর্ট। জানা যাচ্ছে, দু’জনের বিরুদ্ধে ১০০ কোটি টাকার ক্ষতিপূরণের দাবি করেছিলেন অভিনেতা। নওয়াজের বিরুদ্ধে একাধিক সময়ে বেফাঁস মন্তব্য করেছিলেন তাঁর প্রাক্তন স্ত্রী আলিয়া এবং ভাই শামসুদ্দিন সিদ্দিকি। সেই কারণে তাঁদের বিরুদ্ধে মানহানির মামলা করেছিলেন অভিনেতা। তবে সেই মামলায় পরবর্তীকালে কোনও আগ্রহ দেখাননি অভিনেতা। সেই কারণে শুক্রবার মামলাটি খারিজ করে আদালত।
