মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় জানান, যুদ্ধবিরতির লক্ষ্যে শীঘ্রই বৈঠকে বসবে রাশিয়া ও ইউক্রেন। তবে, একদিন যেতে না যেতেই ইউক্রেনের প্রেসিডেন্ট ভলোদিমির জেলেনস্কি অভিযোগ করেছেন, যে রাশিয়া শান্তি আলোচনায় গুরুত্ব সহকারে অংশ নিচ্ছে না।
