Ukraine: ভারতে আসছেন ইউক্রেনের বিদেশ প্রতিমন্ত্রী, জেলেনস্কির প্রতিনিধি করতে পারেন পাশে থাকার আবেদন

রাশিয়া-ইউক্রেন যুদ্ধ নিয়ে ভারত মোটের ওপর নিরপেক্ষ অবস্থান নিয়েছে। যুদ্ধ বিধ্বস্ত ইউক্রেনকে নিয়ে সহমর্মিতা দেখালেও পুতিনের রাশিয়ার বিরুদ্ধে সেভাবে মুখ খুলোনি ভারত। এবার সেই ভারতে তাঁর প্রতিনিধি পাঠাচ্ছেন ইউক্রেনের প্রেসিডেন্ট জেলেনস্কি। আগমিকাল, রবিবার চারদিনের ভারত সফরে আসছেন ইউক্রেনের প্রতিরক্ষা বিষয়ের উপমন্ত্রী এমিনে দাহাপারোভা (Emine Dzhaparova)।

ভারতে এসে রাশিয়ার যুদ্ধপরাধ, ইউক্রেনের ক্ষতির কথা তুলে ধরবেন তিনি। ভারতের কাছে মানবিক সাহায্যের আবেদন জানাতে পারেন তিনি। রাশিয়ার আক্রমণের এক বছর হয়ে যাওয়ার ইউক্রেন এখন আন্তর্জাতিক দুনিয়ায় সাহায্যের জন্য ছুটে যাচ্ছে।
