সমকামী বিবাহকে স্বীকৃতি দিল থাইল্যান্ড সরকার। আজ ২১ নভেম্বর মঙ্গলবার মন্ত্রীসভায় বিবাহ সমতা বিল (Marriage Equality Bill) অনুমোদিত হয়েছে। প্রধানমন্ত্রী স্রেথা থাভিসিন জানিয়েছেন, আগামী সংসদ অধিবেশনের সময় বিবাহ সমতা বিলের খসড়াটি পেশ করা হবে। আগামী ১২ ডিসেম্বর সে দেশে অধিবেশন শুরু হওয়ার কথা। বিলটি আইনে অনুমোদিত হলে, তাইওয়ান (Taiwan) এবং নেপালের (Nepal) পর থাইল্যান্ড হবে তৃতীয় এশিয়ান দেশ, যারা সমকামী বিবাহকে স্বীকৃতি দেবে।
The Cabinet has approved the Marriage Equality Bill, and the draft law is expected to be submitted during the next Parliament session, which will start on December 12, said Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin.
