ভূমিকম্পের দেশ জাপানে ফের কম্পন আতঙ্ক। এদিন, রবিবার স্থানীয় সময় সন্ধ্যা পৌঁনে সাতটা নাগাদ জাপানের হোক্কাইডো প্রদেশে ভয়াবহ ভূমিকম্প।
ভূমিকম্পের দেশ জাপানে ফের কম্পন আতঙ্ক। এদিন, রবিবার স্থানীয় সময় সন্ধ্যা পৌঁনে সাতটা নাগাদ উত্তর জাপানের হোক্কাইডো প্রদেশে ভয়াবহ ভূমিকম্প। রিখটার স্কেলে কম্পনের মাত্রা ছিল ৬.২। কম্পনের উতপত্তিস্থল ছিল হোক্কাইডোর উরাকাওয়ার উপকুলবর্তী অঞ্চল থেকে ১৪০ কিমি গভীরে। তবে এত বড় ভূমিকম্পের পরেও সেখানে সুনামি সতর্কতা জারি করা হয়নি। ভূমিকম্পের আতঙ্কে স্থানীয় মানুষ ঘর ছেড়ে বেরিয়ে আসে।
বারবার ভূমিকম্পের আঘাত আসায় জাপানের এই অঞ্চলে বাড়িগুলি বড়মাপের কম্পন প্রতিরোধ করতে পারে।
