ফিলিপিন্সে রুষ্ট প্রকৃতি। ঘূর্ণিঝড় নালাগায়ে আছড়ে পড়ার পর প্রবল বৃষ্টি নামে। এর ফলে ভয়াবহ বন্যার কবলে ফিলিপিন্সের বেশ কিছু প্রদেশ। হড়কা বান ও ভূমি ধসে ৭২ জনের মৃত্যুর খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে। এখনও পর্যন্ত ১২ জনের নিখেঁজ হওয়ার খবর পাওয়া গিয়েছে। বৃষ্টি এখনও থামেনি। জোর কদমে চলছে উদ্ধার কাজ।
