৮.৮ মাত্রার প্রবল ভূমিকম্পে (Russia Earthquake) কেঁপে উঠেছে রাশিয়া। পুতিনের দেশের কামছাটকা প্রদেশ যখন তীব্র কম্পনে কাঁপতে শুরু করেছে, সেই সময় সেখানকার মানুষের কী পরিস্থিতি হয়, তা বিভিন্ন ফুটেজের মাধ্যমে উঠে আসতে শুরু করে। যেখানে দেখা যায়, কামছাটকা (Kamchatka) প্রদেশ থরথর করে কাঁপছে। কম্পনের জেরে ঘর, বাড়ি সব যেন দুলতে শুরু করে। রাশিয়ার কামছাটকা প্রদেশের যে উপকূলবর্তী অঞ্চল রয়েছে, সেখানে তীব্র কম্পন অনুভূত হয়। যার জেরে মানুষ ভয়ে চিৎকার করতে থাকেন। ঘরের বাইরে যে তাঁরা বেরিয়ে আসবেন, সেই রাস্তাও ওই সময় তাঁদের সামনে খোলা ছিল না। ফলে ঘর, বাড়ি যখন থরথর করে কাঁপছে, সেই সময় কামছাটকা প্রদেশের মানুষ ভয়ে, আতঙ্কে চিৎকার করেও সেখান থেকে নিস্তার পাননি। প্রকৃতির তীব্রতার কাছে মানুষ যে কতটা অসহায় হয়ে পড়তে পারে, তা রাশিয়ার এই শক্তিশালী ভূমিকম্পের ছবি না দেখলে বিশ্বাস করবেন না।
