পাকিস্তানে (Pakistan) নিষিদ্ধ হল রংয়ের উৎসব অর্থাৎ হোলি (Holi) । পাকিস্তানের কোনও শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে এবার থেকে আর হোলি উদযাপন করা যাবে না। এমনই নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয় সে দেশের উচ্চ শিক্ষা দফতরের তরফে। পাকিস্তানের উচ্চ শিক্ষা দফতরের কথায়, এই ধরনের উৎসব দেশের আর্থ-সামাজিক মূল্যবোধের সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণ বিচ্ছিন্ন। শুধু তাই নয়, হোলির মত উৎসব ইসলামিক দেশ হিসেবে পাকিস্তানের মতবাদের সম্পূর্ণ বিরোধী বলে মন্তব্য করা হয় উচ্চ শিক্ষা দফতরের তরফে।
