Operation Kaveri: সুদান থেকে ১৩৫ ভারতীয়কে উদ্ধার করে আনা হল জেড্ডায়
এই নিয়ে তৃতীয়বার সুদান থেকে ভারতীয়দের নিয়ে জেড্ডায় অবতরন করল বিমান
সুদানে দুই সেনার দুই পক্ষের মধ্যে সংঘর্ষ এখনও অব্যহাত। বাড়ছে মৃত্যুর হার। এই পরিস্থিতিতে বিশ্বের সমস্ত দেশ তাদের নিজেদের নাগরিকদের সুদান থেকে বের করে আনার প্রচেষ্টা চালাচ্ছে।জলপথ হোক বা আকাশ পথ, ভারতীয় নাগরিকদেরকেও উদ্ধার কাজের জন্য নেমেছে বিদেশমন্ত্রক। অপারেশন কাবেরী নামের এই উদ্ধারকার্যের মধ্যে দিয়ে ইতিমধ্যেই সুদানে আটকে থাকা বহু ভারতীয়কে নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে।
এর মধ্যেই সুদানের বন্দর থেকে ভারতীয় বায়ুসেনার বিমানে ১৩৫ ভারতীয়কে নিয়ে আসা হল। জেড্ডা থেকে তাড়াতাড়ি তাদের ভারতে নিয়ে আসা হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন বিদেশমন্ত্রকের ভি মুরলিধরন।
