নয়াদিল্লিঃ মঙ্গল সকালে রুশ সফরে প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী(PM Narendra Modi)। এ দিন সকালে দিল্লি বিমানবন্দর থেকে রাশিয়ার(Russia) উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা দিলেন তিনি। আজই রাশিয়ার কাজনে(Kazan) আয়োজিত দু'দিনের 'ব্রিকস সম্মেলন(BRICS Summit)'-এ যোগ দেবেন তিনি। এ বারের 'ব্রিকস সম্মেলন' পরিচালনার দায়িত্বে রয়েছেন রুশ প্রেসিডেন্ট ভ্লাদিমির পুতিন। ১৬ তম 'ব্রিকস সম্মেলন'-এর থিম হল 'বিশ্বব্যাপী উন্নয়ন এবং নিরাপত্তার লক্ষ্যে বহুপক্ষের ক্ষমতায়ন।' প্রসঙ্গত, চলতি বছরে জুলাই মাসের পর এই নিয়ে দু'বার পুতিনের দেশে যাচ্ছেন মোদী। মনে করা হচ্ছে এই সম্মেলন বিভিন্ন রাষ্ট্রগুলির মধ্যে পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক আরও মজবুত করবে।
